Ideal for large enterprise organizations and virtually any passionate entrepreneur who has the ‘stomach’ for it.

You may have noticed new disruptive technologies and business models are changing your business models at the speed of light. For instance, the hotel industry has been surrounded by Airbnb. The media industry has been taken over by Netflix. The content industry has been taken over by Facebook & Google & the transportation business has been taken over by Uber.

The reality is someone somewhere is working on an disruptive artificial intelligence technology and/or business model designed to disrupt your industry and your career and every case study will show you taking advantage of disruptive technologies like artificial intelligence will help you realize new & exponential growth vs. doing nothing (or being a slow adopter) and be eliminated.

Some case briefs:

A few airlines & a few retailers are piloting dynamic pricing. Dynamic Pricing helps retailers, hotels, and airlines to offer the right price with the right message to the right target customer in real time. AI raises the price when demand rises and reduces the price when the opposite happens.

But this gets better. AI with GPU technology from companies like Nvidia installed in a camera can now help identify moving objects and take an action. This allows for warehouse & distribution organizations that use AI to be notified when a product is low on a shelf. But it also allows the organization to do real time inventory counts and replacement inventory just at the right time. This allows for massive productivity and profitability improvements for companies leveraging AI.

But, there’s more.

Kiva — a robotics company that automated picking and packing was acquired by Amazon — enables Amazon’s “Click-to-Ship” cycle time, which ranged from 60-75 minutes with humans, to drop to 15 minutes while inventory capacity increased by 50%. As a result, Amazon’s operating costs fell an estimate of 20%; providing a reported ROI of 40%.

Netflix uses artificial intelligence to determine what its members want to watch in less than 90 seconds. The AI quickly analyzes which content has been viewed the most in a certain geography and analyzes the viewers behavior to instantly predict shows that the user will more likely want to watch. As a result, the organization has dramatically reduced cancelled subscriptions which would have cost $1 billion in billings.

Uber, Netflix, Amazon, and fast-moving companies everywhere are leveraging artificial intelligence technologies instead of humans to run various tasks and departments. Studies after studies consistently show companies leveraging AI are growing 20-30% faster than businesses run by humans.

How AI is changing your business at the speed of thought. This thought-leadership road event has been put together by 8 Billion Acts of Innovation (a venture capital organization that invests in AI), Deloitte, BD2i & Data Centre Dynamics (DCD, the global digital infrastructure transformation conference organization) to showcase new and proven artificial intelligence technologies and business models in New York (May 2), Toronto (May 9th), Montreal (May 16th), Vancouver (May 30th) and San Francisco (June 26).

Participants have an opportunity to attend one or all of the events at various cities.

Each event will have 80-100 senior enterprise executive delegates (all C-level) from different industry sectors with a direct interest in AI.

The program is designed specifically for executives who want to participate in a program where they can meet with their peers from different industries and in different parts of the world.
